The GCE French O level exam is conducted by the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), sometimes in collaboration with local examination syndicates. It is only available in certain locations such as Brunei, Cameroon, Malaysia, Mauritius, Seychelles, Singapore, Pakistan, and Zimbabwe. The GCE O Level French exam tests all 4 language skills, that is, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
